{"id":11597,"date":"2024-10-17T12:35:02","date_gmt":"2024-10-17T10:35:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.lucianoberio.org\/fabian-panisello\/"},"modified":"2024-10-17T12:35:02","modified_gmt":"2024-10-17T10:35:02","slug":"fabian-panisello","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.lucianoberio.org\/en\/fabian-panisello\/","title":{"rendered":"Fabi\u00e1n Panisello"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My fascination with the work of Berio dates back to my time in Buenos Aires: through recordings and scores, I discovered works such as&nbsp;<em>Circles<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Sinfonia<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Chemins IV<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Coro<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Visage<\/em>&nbsp;\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I then had my first personal encounter in Salzburg when I was a student there, and I still vividly remember how he spontaneously stepped before the orchestra that was performing&nbsp;<em>Requies<\/em>&nbsp;in the framework of a Master Class, and the orchestra unexpectedly began to sound in a dramatically new way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Later, at the Escuela Superior de M\u00fasica Reina Sof\u00eda in Madrid, I had the privilege of being his assistant and preparing the orchestra in a program dedicated to his work: he was delighted with the result, and for me this was the beginning of a relationship of extraordinary interest and learning that lasted until his death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the Escuela Superior de M\u00fasica Reina Sof\u00eda, Berio admired a model of high quality, rigor and excellence and he invited the orchestra of the school to the Parco della Musica, where he generously insisted that the premi\u00e8re of my&nbsp;<em>Concerto per Violino<\/em>&nbsp;should be included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This concert took place on the 6th February 2004, conducted by Hansj\u00f6rg Schellenberger, and it included the&nbsp;<em>Brandenburg Concerto Number 1<\/em>&nbsp;by Bach, the&nbsp;<em>Triple Concerto<\/em>&nbsp;by Beethoven,&nbsp;<em>O\u00b4King<\/em>&nbsp;by Berio and my own&nbsp;<em>Concierto per Violino in memoriam&nbsp;Luciano Berio.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fabi\u00e1n Panisello<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">June 2013<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My fascination with the work of Berio dates back to my time in Buenos Aires: through recordings and scores, I discovered works such as&nbsp;Circles,&nbsp;Sinfonia,&nbsp;Chemins IV,&nbsp;Coro,&nbsp;Visage&nbsp;\u2026 I then had my first personal encounter in Salzburg when I was a student there, and I still vividly remember how he spontaneously stepped before the orchestra that was performing&nbsp;Requies&nbsp;in [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[3658],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-11597","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-per-luciano-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
