J\u2019ai \u00e9crit d\u2019abord la partie de piano de <em>Points<\/em> et, ensuite, les parties instrumentales qui la commentent et la prolongent. La partie du piano, presque toujours monophonique et p\u00e9riodique, peut \u00eatre regard\u00e9e comme une courbe complexe, une ligne continue et changeante sur laquelle les autres instruments se posent pour en interpr\u00e9ter et d\u00e9velopper les caract\u00e8res harmoniques: comme un dessin d\u00e9j\u00e0 achev\u00e9 sur lequel on ajoute, \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents points, d\u2019autres lignes qui modifient son sens et mettent en \u00e9vidence ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s cach\u00e9es.
